1) Submissão do artigo
A submissão é feita através do sistema OJS do Diálogo (http://ojs.dialogoaci.com/). O autor responsável pela submissão deve cadastrar-se e/ou realizar login.
a) Na primeira página do processo de submissão, o autor responsável pela submissão informa o Grupo de Trabalho para o qual está enviando seu artigo (campo “Seção”) e para qual edição do evento está submetendo seu trabalho (campo “Comentários para o editor”).
b) Nas demais páginas do processo de submissão, o responsável informa os nomes e dados dos demais autores e os dados do artigo submetido. Em seguida, o responsável faz o upload do arquivo correspondente.
2) Avaliação do artigo
Os artigos recebidos são pré-avaliados pela organização do evento. Artigos submetidos incorretamente, ou que obviamente não seguem o edital correspondente, são recusados de imediato.
Os demais artigos são enviados a dois avaliadores externos, de maneira anônima (dupla avaliação cega por pares). Os avaliadores recomendam a recusa ou a aceitação do artigo, e podem condicionar a aceitação a modificações posteriores.
3) Apresentação do artigo
Os artigos aprovados são apresentados, e são discutidos pelos presentes. Essas discussões têm como objetivo permitir ao(s) autor(es) identificar modificações e correções que possam contribuir para a melhoria de seu trabalho.
4) Correção e reenvio do artigo
Uma vez feitas as modificações consideradas necessárias (com base no parecer dos avaliadores e nas discussões quando da apresentação do artigo), a versão corrigida e final do trabalho é enviada por e-mail, de acordo com as instruções do edital.
1) Submission of the article
Submission is made through the OJS System of Dialogue (http://ojs.dialogoaci.com/). The author must register and/or log in.
a) On the first page of the submission process, the author informs the Working Group to which he is submitting his article (field “Section”) and to which edition of the event is submitting his article (field “Comments to the editor”).
b) In other pages of the submission process, the author informs the names and data of the other authors and the data of the article submitted. The author then uploads the corresponding file.
2) Evaluation of the article
The articles received are pre-evaluated by the organization of the event. Articles submitted incorrectly, or that obviously do not follow the corresponding notice, are immediately refused.
The other articles are sent to two external evaluators anonymously (double blind peer evaluation). Evaluators recommend the refusal or acceptance of the article and may condition acceptance to subsequent modifications.
3) Presentation of the article
The approved articles are presented and are discussed by those present. These discussions aim to allow the author to identify modifications and corrections that may contribute to the improvement of their article.
4) Correction and referral of the item
Once the modifications considered necessary have been made (based on the opinion of the evaluators and discussions when presenting the article), the corrected and final version of the article is sent by email, according to the instructions of the notice.
